Everything was perfect and perfectly clean, I liked staff and location. I was here for 4 nights and ate at lounge restaurant for breakfast. The bed was comfortable, used central heating, a work desk and a multi-channel television.

Super staff, historic location, super beds. The units are soundproof, elegant. Pleasant hotel centrally located in the city. Also - close enough to south bay, the victorian tram, Scarboroughs attractions. Refined property, great value, what else to wish for.
staff were absolutely amazing, room was contemporary. outstanding view, a small balcony, lovely bed, too. we loved the private beach near our hotel. super location, great value.

Full English breakfast was nice hot, staff was amenable. We enjoyed very well decorated room with iron/ironing board and tea/coffee. Prime location around 10-15 minutes walk from a bustling beach. Having different hot drinks in the Irish bar was a very nice touch.

Great staff, amazing bed, absolutely superb breakfast. I got free upgrade and loved it. I found the hotel's location excellent. Furthermore, it was at a moderate distance from a landscaped park. Pool was excellent too.

I liked tremendous staff and modern interior. The staff did all they can for an exceptional stay. The location was fab and the view was very beautiful, too. There was elegant a la carte restaurant with delicious meals. The service was efficient too. Lovely quiet hotel, my first choice in Scarborough.
